Police Brutality Was Never Our Fight
Black women must learn a simple but harsh truth: stay out of men’s business. Confrontations between white men and Black men are exactly that, men’s business. Males are biologically wired to dominate, humiliate, and terrorize each other. This is not something a woman can control, nor should she even try to. Violence occurring between two males should send off a signal in a woman’s brain that tells her to flee, to find safety, and to seek shelter. Most races of women seem to understand this, except for Black women of course. When Black women see violence, especially violence where the death of a Black man has occurred at the hands of the police, she puts her boots on to go out and protest. Protesting police brutality has done absolutely nothing to improve or advance the lives of Black women. Black women are now being blamed for businesses being burnt down, soaring crime rates, and relaxed sentences being given to murderous criminals. Black Lives Matter protests have elevated Black male
